Years after Ayers was accused of being a deadbeat dad and lying about his alleged cancer diagnosis by creating fake medical documents, the "Real Housewives of orange county" star took to Twitter, where she confirmed that the majority of things her ex-boyfriend was accused of were completely true.

"The facts don’t lie. He stole money from me, lied about having stage 3 non Hodgkin’s lymphoma to gain sympathy and much more," she told a curious fan.

"Be careful whose 'whole truths' you are believing." As fans will recall, it was former cast member Meghan King Edmonds who prompted questions about Ayers' supposed diagnosis and attempted to get to the bottom of what he was telling his then-girlfriend.

As fans saw throughout a couple of seasons of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," Vicki Gunvalson was quite dedicated to Ayers during their years-long relationship and continued to claim he was telling the truth as her co-stars questioned whether he was truly suffering from cancer. Then, after the couple parted ways in August 2015, she seemed to have her doubts in what he was telling her.

After leaving the show, Brooks Ayers admitted to being untruthful.

Years ago, Gunvalson shared her breakup news with her fans and followers on Facebook but insisted that she held no ill will towards Ayers. According to her post, she and Ayers amicably decided to part ways. However, shortly thereafter, she began to question things she had been told by Ayers during their relationship.

As for her latest post on Twitter, Reality Blurb shared the news with readers on April 24, pointing out that the Tweet shared by the longtime reality star was actually a response to a tweet she received from a fan nearly one month ago. Although it is unclear why Gunvalson would chose to reply to the message weeks after it was shared, it seems clear that she is completely disgusted with Brooks Ayers and the time she wasted at his side.

Vicki Gunvalson and her co-stars, including Tamra Judge, Kelly Dodd, and Shannon Beador, are currently in the midst of production on the upcoming 13th season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County." The new installment will likely premiere on Bravo TV sometime this summer.
