Kat Von D, 35, announced on Instagram that she had married musician Leafar Seyer, 42. The makeup mogul shared a sweet photo of the pair sporting matching wedding bands and matching black nail polish. "Today, I married my soul’s mate, my mind’s twin, my best friend," she captioned the photo that shocked a lot of people. The tattooed couple was married on Wednesday, February 21, a week after their engagement, and, judging by the photo, there's a possibility that they had an outdoor wedding. Seyer also took to his Instagram page to share the same photo with a simple but heartfelt sentence, "Today I married the girl of my dreams."

'Juntos en vida y en muerte'

The Newlyweds, both born in Mexico, added a Spanish phrase to their captions: "Juntos en vida y en muerte," which, when translated to English, means, "Together in life and in death." The pair first sparked dating rumors in December 2015 and their wedding comes a week after their Valentine's day engagement.

Kat shared an Instagram video of a plane flying with a banner that read, "I love you Kat Von D," she wrote in the caption, "...so this just happened. @prayers ❤️ #bestvalentinesdayever."

This announcement marks her second marriage. Kat Von D was previously married to fellow tattoo artist Oliver Peck in 2003. They separated in August 2007 and finalized their divorce a few months later. She was also engaged to Sandra Bullock’s ex-husband, Jesse James. She confirmed rumors of their romance by tweeting, “'Yes, Jesse and I are dating.” They later called it quits in September 2011. The feisty star had another broken engagement with electronic musician Joel Thomas Zimmerman, also known professionally as deadmau5.

She accepted his proposal via Twitter but the pair called off their engagement in June 2013 with the beauty citing infidelity as the reason.

The former cast member of “LA Ink” is vegan and has a very successful animal cruelty-free makeup line, Kat Von D Beauty.

True love at long last
