Candidates of Miss Earth 2017 were treated to a special dinner event hosted by Manila Yacht Club on October 10, Manila Informer reported. This year’s coronation night will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena in the Philippines on November 4.

The girls were wearing sashes, long gowns and cocktail dresses during the dinner event. This is part of the many pre-pageant activities lined up before the final event next month.

Mona Taio, the delegate from the Cook Islands, was wearing a flower in her hair and commented that the food was excellent. Some clips of the dinner were recorded via Facebook live.

Manila Yacht Club is one of the sponsors of this year’s event.

The delegates are also set to visit the pageant’s partner hotels such as Hannah’s Beach Resort and Convention Center in Ilocos Norte and Pontefino Hotel in Batangas. They are also slated to visit the municipality of Carles in Iloilo, Norman’s Blog reported.
