The latest episode ofBoruto: Naruto Next Generations just started a new arc that brings the main characters into a whole new world. However, the change of scenery also lured in some dark characters that will bring turmoil for Boruto and his friends.

In an earlier episode, the five Kage of the Five Great Shinobi Countries’ hidden villages recently convened in the Hidden Leaf Village to talk about what Naruto, Sasuke, and Shikamaru have been investigating. Though their findings evidently pose a bigger threat, their children are heading off to meet a new villain in another town.

The first meeting

In the previous episode of “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations,” shortly after the Hidden Leaf Village students and teachers arrived at the Hidden Mist Village, an unfortunate event occurred between the locals and the visitors.

During free time, Iwabe strayed off from the group, and Sarada reminded Boruto and Denki to keep an eye on their older friend, which forced the two youngsters to follow the repeater.

The three, who were engrossed in their conversation, suddenly found themselves in a secluded alley and engulfed with mist. Two new characters from the Hidden Mist Village named Hassaku and Shizuma Hoshigaki introduced themselves.

However, the two Hidden Mist Village locals were not as welcoming as the students’ main hosts that when Boruto bumped into Hassaku, the latter gets into a fit and Iwabe lost no time in confronting him aggressively. While Shizuma stopped the fight, he was certainly giving off an eerie vibe.

In the latest episode of “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations,” Boruto and his classmates found themselves confronting another group of Hidden Mist Village delinquents, and they also turned out to be Shizuma’s goons.

After an embarrassing confrontation with the Hidden Leaf Village youngsters, the local delinquents went running back to their leader with their tails between their legs.

Shortly after the embarrassing defeat, Shizuma tells his young followers to up their game and prove to him that they are worthy of being called citizens of the Bloody Mist Village, which entailed that they’re certainly up to no good. Just before the episode ended, Denki was kidnapped by Shizuma’s young goons, telling him that the only reason they’re doing this is to redeem themselves by defeating the son of the Seventh Hokage.

In the latest preview of the upcoming episode of “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations,” Kagura Karachi, Boruto, and their friends face the delinquents head on. And it’s up to the young stars of the show to find a way to save Denki while having to keep the trouble under wraps, so the field trip doesn’t get canceled.
