“The Flash” Season 4 will see the return of Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) in Central City. This might be good news but fans will be sad to know that Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) possibly won’t be joining STAR Labs in the early episodes.

According to Cinema Blend, Barry Allen will return as a changed man. He will let go of the entire emotional trauma when he comes back from the Speed Force. The Scarlet Speedster will showcase stronger abilities and a firmer fighting aura than before.

Aside from this, I previously reported that he will attend couple’s therapy with his partner Iris West (Candice Patton), which will reportedly become a source of humor in Season 4.

However, it seems that it’s not all fun as Caitlin Snow potentially took another job in the upcoming season as a bartender.

Caitlin Snow’s new path

As the source pointed out earlier, Caitlin is on a quest to find herself. The last time we saw her was when she chose to leave Team Flash by being full Killerfrost. In light of this, the series has released new images for the upcoming season.

The photos implied that Dr. Caitlin Snow is no longer a part of STAR Labs team. It seems that she took a new stint preparing alcoholic drinks for customers. Her hair is not as frosty as white, so it is safe to say that she is keeping her meta-human side in control.

One photo suggested that Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes) will have a private talk with her.

However, their faces suggest that things are not how they used to be. She may still hang around Team Flash but not as often as she used to.

There is also a difference in Danielle Panabaker’s iconic character. She does not look like the fragile woman that we knew in the early seasons. Caitlin has been through a lot as a female character and it seems as if she learned to be stronger following the events of Season 3.

Hunk Norvock and Killerfrost

Another photo showed Caitlin Snow’s face off with Hunk Norvock. At the moment, there are no confirmed details whether Snow has something to do with the male villain. It is worth mentioning that it was the only photo where Caitlin was credited as “Killerfrost.”

In the end, a question remains. Was the scene a clashing moment or a friendly conversation?

Hunk Norvock was described as a mob boss in the comic that hired The Thinker, who happens to be the upcoming season’s big bad. Meanwhile, Tom Felton’s departure from the show was confirmed.

We won’t be seeing any romance build up between Julian Dorn and Caitlin Snow. “The Flash” Season 4 will air on October 10, Tuesday.
