Frieza, who is known to be one of the best antagonists of "Dragon Ball," will resume his role as a villain in the upcoming chapters of "Dragon Ball Super." The former evil emperor of universe 7 will betray his team, beginning with Gohan [VIDEO].

According to the official summaries [VIDEO] of the upcoming episodes, Gohan will be cornered by the Yadrat of universe 2, Jimize. This character, thanks to his technique of instant transmission, will corner Gohan, who will suffer this week, but as we know he is an astute character.

Frieza, who will be in close proximity to this battle, will observe but will not go to the rescue of his teammate, who is being overwhelmed by this foe from Universe 2. Meanwhile, Frieza's ally Frost will set his sights on Master Roshi and Vegeta, putting both warriors of Universe 7 in a dangerous situation.

The power of Jimize

First, let's take a look at the power of the Universe 2 Yardratian. This character, like all the warriors of the planet Yadrat, lacks physical strength, however, the psychic and special abilities of their race compensate for their lack of raw power. One of these special abilities is Goku's instant transmission technique, which allows the user to move at incredible speed without being detected by the enemy.

Jimize is a being without overwhelming physical power but possesses great abilities which he will use to hurt to Gohan. However, Jimize could be easily defeated by the Saiyan, as we saw in the past with Caulifla.

The elimination of Gohan

The most tragic thing would be for Gohan to get eliminated from the tournament of power at the hands of Jimize, or defeated by the likes of Frieza after he makes his betrayal public knowledge.

However, we believe that it is absurd that Gohan will be eliminated as he has a prominent role in universe 7 and in this saga. It would be inconsistent to think that Gohan could be eliminated as soon as he has a leading role in the series. He should go through to the end of the tournament with Goku.

With all of that being said, the chances that Gohan will be eliminated from the tournament are slim. Fans of the series expect to see much more of his character in the tournament, so it would be a mistake for the writers to eliminate him so soon from the main plot.
