Dragon Ball Super” is currently on break but there are a lot of stories to tell about the Tournament of Power particularly the impending transformation of the anime’s main protagonist, Son Goku. The Saiyan warrior is set to debut his brand new form once he goes head-to-head with Jiren The Grey, a member of the Pride Troopers from Universe 11. The universe’s God of Destruction, Toppo, has previously said that even if he fuses with Goku, their powers can never surpass Jiren. The muscular humanoid fighter will soon show off his real power once he fights against the Saiyan. This leads Goku to unleash the maximum level of his Kaio-Ken attack and uses a Spirit Bomb that will shock Vegeta.

Goku’s power stuns Vegeta

Weekly Shonen Jump earlier today released a new synopsis ofDragon Ball Super Episodes 109 and 110 and Todd Blankenship shared his English translation on Twitter. Looking at the synopsis, Goku will put Vegeta in awe once he releases the Genki Dama or the Spirit Bomb whilst in his Super Saiyan Blue form. “Goku This Week: Vegeta’s amazed too! Using the ace-in-the-hole Genki Dama!,” the synopsis reads. “Even as Super Saiyan Blue, Goku is unable to scratch Jiren, so he challenges him with his strongest attack, the Genki Dama.

Will it work against Jiren who still seems to have the power to spare?”

Will Vegeta sacrifice himself?

Vegeta will be shocked with Goku’s power but this doesn’t seem to faze Jiren. In the preview of “Dragon Ball Super” one-hour TV special, the Pride Trooper can be seen looking down at Goku while he’s charging a massive Genki Dama.

However, instead of trepidation, the muscular humanoid fighter shows that he’s prepared for the attack instead. Even the Saiyan’s Kaio-Ken x 20 attack, which is already at the maximum level doesn’t give Jiren the creeps. This only means that U11’s strongest fighter still has more power to unleash despite Goku’s powerful Kaio-Ken and Spirit Bomb attacks.

“Dragon Ball Super” fans are speculating that Vegeta will also step in after Hit’s expected battle against Jiren. According to some fans, Episode 112, titled “Vegeta’s Resolve,” might see the prince of all Saiyans fighting against the Pride Trooper to give Goku more time to recover from his overpowering brand new form.

Other theories even suggest that he might get killed by Jiren’s overwhelming assault. Given Goku’s failure to beat the muscular humanoid fighter in their climactic battle, there’s no question that the prince warrior would sacrifice even his life just to save his home.

“Dragon Ball Super” Episodes 109 and 110 will be a two-part premiere of Goku and Jiren’s much-awaited battle. The anime returns in October for its one-hour TV special. Stay tuned!
