Goku and Vegeta are two great Saiyan fighters in Universe 10 who are both members of the team in the Dragon Ball Super” tournament of Power. When Goku was cornered by the Trio de Dangers from Universe 9, Vegeta went to his rescue, where they both transformed into Super Saiyan Blue. As a result, team U9 was defeated, leaving the entire galaxy annihilated by the King of Universes. However, both Saiyan fighters have their own weaknesses too, which might be the reason for their defeat in the battle royal but Goku’s weakness is Vegeta’s strength and vice versa. Whis, the Angel of Universe 10 recently revealed the two Saiyan fighters’ weaknesses and they’re interesting.

Vegeta and Goku’s weaknesses

During the previous episode of Dragon Ball Super,” Whis said that Goku’s being “too relaxed” whenever he fights which can lead to his defeat. He tends to be off-guard most of the time, giving his enemies enough time to easily attack him. It can be recalled when one of Frieza’s warriors successfully penetrated him during their battle and managed to pierce a weapon. The Saiyan warrior was apparently taking the battle easy, which gave the warrior the chance to deliver a solid attack against him.

Even now, we can still see him fight this way in the Tournament of Power and although he is expected to win, fans can’t help but worry about his possible defeat.

As for Vegeta, Whis said that he is exactly Goku’s opposite whenever he fights, which can also be noticed in his battles in “Dragon Ball Super” Tournament of Power. The Prince of all Saiyans tends to be too tight and Universe 10’s Angel told him to try to relax during his fights. Being too tight sometimes gives him difficulties to fight with his full abilities and that might also lead to his defeat in the battle royal. On the plus side, whenever he fights with Goku, expect one great victory in their favor.

The two great Saiyan fighters

When Goku and Vegeta trained with Whis during one of “Dragon Ball Super” episodes, the Angel bluntly told the two Saiyan warriors that they basically lack speed whenever they fight. This can be noticed during their battles against their opponents not only in the Tournament of Power but also in their previous fights. However, their weaknesses make them great duo fighters whenever they battle side-by-side against their enemies. Their lack of speed though is not too much of a big deal in the battles as they can always overcome this whenever they fight.

“Dragon Ball Super” episode 104 is set to air on August 20. It airs on Crunchyroll on Saturdays at 7:15 PM CST. The English dub airs via Toonami on Adult Swim on Saturdays at 11:30 PM. Stay tuned!
