Michele Clapton, the Costume designer of "Game of Thrones," confirms that Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen are going to meet in her interview with Uproxx. Not only that, but she also mentions that Jon is going to meet Queen Cersei Lannister.
Clapton has designed costumes for the characters of 'Game of Thrones' through Season 1 to Season 5. She came back last year, designing Cersei's iconic militarized black dress, seen in the finale of Season 6.

In Clapton's interview, she says “There are times when we removed it because we wanted him to be more vulnerable. Especially I think when he saw Dany, and he went to see her for the first time in her chamber. We decided to remove it, but then when he went to see Cersei, we put it on.”
Fans were expecting Jon and Daenerys to meet. Last year, there were photos of Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) and Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen) on the set on a beach in Spain. With them were Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister), Liam Cunningham (Ser Davos Seaworth), Conleth Hill (Varys) and Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei).
Fans are excited that Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen are finally going to meet on the show.
Now, we know that Jon is also meeting Queen Cersei. Although Cersei came to Winterfell with King Robert Baratheon, they never really met because Jon wasn't invited to the feast in fear of offending the royal guests as suggested by Catelyn Stark.
Could Jon be asking for help in the fight against the White Walkers? Or is the King in the North simply visiting the newly crowned Queen Cersei? When Jon meets Dany in Dragonstone, will he meet Theon too? Who else is meeting who?
The other characters
Clapton discussed with Uproxx the costume designs for Season 7. She says that costumes reflect the characters' physical and psychological journey throughout the show.
This is most notably seen with Sansa Stark during her stay in Kings Landing where she went from copying Cersei's style to Margaery's.
Sansa is the lady of Winterfell and she used to wear light colors and flowy dresses in Season 1. In Season 5, Sansa started wearing darker colors and even dyed her hair black at one time, which represented her desire for power.
In the beginning of the show, Daenerys wore a lot of light colors and dresses reflecting her youth and innocence. Throughout the show, her clothes reflected the environment she was in. She wore pants when she was with the Dothraki and wore blue in memory of Khal Drogo.
At the end of Season 6, Dany wore darker and more structured dresses echoing her power.
In the official photos and trailers, Dany is seen wearing her House colors (red and black) and a cape similar to her Viserys' style.
Cersei is no longer seen wearing reds and golds compared to her style in the earlier season of "Game of Thrones." Since her walk of atonement and the loss of her children, she began wearing darker colors. For Season 7, Cersei will be wearing more dark colors because she is still mourning for her children and Clapton added intricate beading work onto Cersei's dresses to show the character's brittle strength.
