Celebrities, they're just like us! "This Is Us" star Milo Ventimiglia, who is again breaking hearts all over the world with his role as Jack Pearson on the NBC drama, recently revealed which celebrity he had a crush on as a kid. It turns out that it's rather unsurprising that his teenage crush was "Charmed" star Alyssa Milano, who has also captured the fantasies of men the world over.

In a recent interview with W Magazine, Ventimiglia admitted that he definitely had a crush on the actress, who later became his co-star in "Pathology" in 2008. In the crime-horror film from Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, Ventimiglia and Milano played an engaged pair, and the actor admitted that "I had to get past that [crush.]"

Actress Alyssa Milano wasn't aware of Milo Ventimiglia's feelings

It seemed that "This is Us" star Milo Ventimiglia did get past it, or was just really good at hiding his feelings, as Alyssa Milano admitted that she was never aware of any of it. She recently spoke to PEOPLE, saying that she didn't know that he had a crush on her, and adding that he's "such a good, smart dude."

The two are actually close friends, and Milano admitted that she would often ask for his advice when it came to dating her then-boyfriend, David Bugliari, who worked at her agency.

Milano and Bugliari dated for a year beginning in 2007 and then married in December 2008. They now have two children together, a two-year-old daughter named Elizabelle Dylan and a five-year-old son named Milo Thomas, named after Ventimiglia.

Milano credits Ventimiglia for her relationship with Bugliari

Alyssa Milano credits "This is Us" star Milo Ventimiglia for encouraging her to pursue a relationship with her now husband David Bugliari, and even named her son after the actor. However, there's one thing she could not get herself to do, and that is watching the show "This is Us."

She told PEOPLE, "It makes me cry and I cry from other things too much nowadays, so I can’t watch that show."

'This is Us' adds young actors as regular cast members

When "This is Us" returns this fall, viewers may get to see the younger version of Jack Pearson's (Milo Ventimiglia) children.

According to Deadline, the recurring young cast members of the series, who played Kevin, Kate, and Randall in season one, are now promoted as series regulars.

Viewers will also get to see more of Hannah Zeile as teenage Kate, Niles Fitch as teenage Randall, and Logan Shroyer as teenage Kevin in season 2. Alexandra Breckinridge, who plays Kevin's love interest and ex-wife, Sophie, and Jon Huertas, who plays Miguel, were also promoted as series regulars. This may indicate that the show may further delve into the past timelines and show more of the younger generation of Pearsons when "This is Us" returns on Tuesday, September 19.
