It's been more than three months since everyone was treated with the non-prank "Rick and Morty" season 3 premiere episode. However, after that, Adult Swim kept silent about when the next Season 3 episodes will be released. A lot of fans were even thinking that the future episodes will be further delayed.

‘Rickmancing the Stone’ will follow 'Romancing the Stone'

According to the "Rick and Morty" official Twitter account, Episode 2 will be entitled "Rickmancing the Stone." Since the title came from the 1984 movie "Romancing The Stone" which is about the heroine searching for an important gemstone and her sister, we are thinking that Episode 2 will mimic the same plot as well.

In the film, the heroine, Kathleen Turner, and the mercenary who helped her, played by Michael Douglas, fell in love while in their adventure through the Columbian jungle. Rumors state that Rick, who will be in Michael Douglas' footsteps, will #fall in love while they are in the middle of an adventure. Will there be a happy ending for Rick and that girl?

Others also believe that the most memorable scenes in the file, such as chasing the alligator who ate the important gem as well as making the campfire with narcotics, will be shown in Season 3 episode 2.

However, what Pickle Rick will contribute in Episode 2 is still yet to be known.

The rumored villain of the Cartoon Network series is not a new character. Jerry Smith, who is not an enemy in the previous season will come back as the enemy of the duo. Based on the Season 3 spoilers, Jerry might support the Galactic Federation which will further damage his relationship with Rick.

Episode 2 to air this July

Meanwhile, "Rick and Morty" Season 3 Episode 2 might be shown in July as the previous season was released July last 2015. We are all hoping that the cartoon series will not face any more delays, With Season 3 believed to be released in 2016.
