bethenny frankel was the one who uncovered the infamous cheating scandal last year on “The Real Housewives of New York”. Frankel had a friend, who spotted Thomas D'Agostino cheating on luann de lesseps, just 48 hours prior to the engagement party.

Bethenny struggled as to whether or not she should tell her “Real Housewives of New York” co-star about the cheating, but she decided to follow through because she wanted her friend to know all the facts before getting married. As it turns out, that may have been a mistake. Luann was devastated that the ladies would make such a big deal about him kissing another woman.

While she was hurt over his betrayal, she decided to forgive him.

Luann de Lesseps still married a cheater

Luann and Thomas got married on New Year's Eve 2016 and they've been married about five months. On the current season of “The Real Housewives of New York”, Luann is planning her wedding and she's just weeks away from getting married. And yet, the other ladies are learning about him possibly hooking up with other women.

They're struggling as to whether or not to tell her, and Bethenny Frankel reveals that she truly did struggle over whether or not she should tell Luann about the stories. On one hand, she wanted to respect her privacy, but on the other hand, she wanted her to know all the facts before saying, “I do”.

Jealousy is clearly not an issue

In her blog for “The Real Housewives of New York”, Bethenny Frankel reveals that she feels really bad for Luann de Lesseps in having to deal with a cheater. De Lesseps has finally found love, she's planning her dream wedding and she seems to think that the girls are just jealous of everything she has.

But this isn't the case, according to Bethenny.

"None of us are jealous, although she really thinks we are," Bethenny writes in her blog for Bravo, adding, "We genuinely felt it was a last-ditch effort in case she was having cold feet and felt trapped."

They just want her to know all the facts before getting married. Frankel reveals that she learned a lot through her own divorce from Jason Hoppy and she just wants her friend to feel alright getting married to a man who has knowingly cheated on her.

Ramona Singer may not be jealous either, but she seems to find it humorous that Luann continues to date a man, who has been linked to so many women.

Do you think Bethenny Frankel's concerns are valid? Do you think the other girls should have done more to stop the wedding?
