Tonight's live "The Voice" season 11 finale show, kicked off with a big performance from music legend, Stevie Wonder and current popstar sensation, Ariana Grande! They both sang "Faith" from the new "Sing" animated flick, along with the top 12 finalists for this season. Wow, what a way to kick off the show, right?

Josh and his crew was up first

Next, we saw a comeback performance from Josh Gallagher. He elected to bring back: Austin Allsup and Brendan Fletcher to help him sing the song: “My Kinda Party” by artist, Jason Aldean. After that, they showed a special video segment that featured Blake Shelton and Sundance Head's journey to the finals.

John Legend helped out

From there, soulful music star, John Legend, hit up the stage with contestant, We McDonald to perform his new song called: "Love Me Now.” After that, we got a special video segment that featured Miley Cyrus since she was a new judge this season. Music icon, Dolly Parton also showed up in it at one point.

Whoa, it's Sting

Next, mega star, Sting, arrived on stage to sing his new song: “I Can’t Stop Thinking About You.” Then they showed Billy Gilman and his comeback choices, which turned out to be: Christian Cuevas, Ali Caldwell, Courtney Harrell and Sa’Rayah. They ended up, singing: “Proud Mary” by Tina Turner for a pretty uptempo performance. At one point, they took a closer look at the very close relationship that We McDonald and Alicia Keys formed.

A Starboy from "The Weeknd"

After a break, we saw Josh Gallagher, show back up ,again. This time, he hit the stage with Cam to perform “Burning House.” Next, after some more lame video segments, we saw "The Weeknd," hit up the stage to deliver a performance of his new single that's labeled: “Starboy.” Shortly after that, legendary rock band, KISS, arrived to perform with Sundance head. It turned out to be quite a lively performance.

Gwen Stefani's coming back ya'll

In the next segment, we saw We McDonald, return to the stage, again, to offer up her comeback show.

She chose to bring back: Aaron Gibson, Darby Walker and Brendan Fletcher to assist her in singing: “Love Lockdown” by rap star, Kanye West. Next, they revealed that Gwen Stefani would be returning to do the upcoming season 12 installment, which is set to air in February 2017. They also said that the final 4 contestants were getting their own state-of-the-art recording studios for their homes, so that sounded quite lovely.

Kelley Clarkson showed up

After another one of those annoying commercial breaks, the very first American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson, combined forces with Billy Gilman to sing: "It’s Quiet Uptown” from The Hamilton Mixtape.

Shortly after that, we saw the comeback performance that Sundance Head wanted to show us. He invited back: Austin Allsup and Courtney Harrell to help him pull off a “Ain’t Worth The Whiskey” by Cole Swindell performance.

Finally, the winner was announced

Next, big time music star, Bruno Mars, arrived to rock out a performance of his new single: “24K Magic.” Finally, after a couple of more silly, little time-filler segments, host Carson Daly, revealed that poor Josh Gallagher landed in 4th place, so all he got for his troubles, is the recording studio.

And two other people would befall the same fate. They were We McDonald in 3rd place and Billy Gilman in 2nd, leaving Sundance Head as the lucky winner of the big recording contract and whatever else they award to the winner. Congrats to Sundance and his 15 minutes of fame. Again, they'll be hauling in the next group in about 2 months to do it all over again. Stay tuned.
