"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has a history of relationships, both past and present, with guys that have criminal history. Every few months there is a new story of the trouble one of her guys is in.

The latest criminal charges filed

According to RadarOnline Nathan Griffith was involved in a domestic violence incident with Jessica Henry, his on-again, off-again girlfriend at about 4:15 AM on December 12, 2016. The two had been out at a bar when a verbal argument started. Once they were back at Jessica's home, Nathan allegedly pushed her down on the bed, sat on top of her and choked her.

The incident was witnessed by Jessica's roommate who clearly saw him pin her down on the bed.

According to Henry, the choking caused a lot of pain, and caused her to gag. He continued to choke her to the point where she could no longer get air. Nathan Griffith left the house but didn't stop there. From outside the home, he began to yell. He continued his rant until just before police arrived when he left the scene.

An active warrant has been issued

The Myrtle Beach Clerk did confirm there is a warrant out for Nathan Griffith for domestic violence.

This is the second time there has been an incident of alleged choking of Jessica Henry by Nathan Griffith. The previous charge was on August 21, 2016.

Keep in mind that Jenelle Evans recently filed for sole custody of the son the couple share, Kaiser. She claims that Nathan Griffith is mentally unstable and unable to properly care for a child. In fact, Jenelle took it a step further and said Griffith actually told her that himself. While even one domestic violence charge would make a judge raise an eyebrow, now Jenelle has two recent ones in her favor for the custody proceedings.

Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith have had a tumultuous relationship while trying to co-parent Kaiser. There has been a lot of allegations and mud throwing from each side about the other. Each seems to revel in the other's problems, rather than working toward the common good of their son.
