Hey, "Elementary" fans. It is with great regret that we have to be the bearer of bad news, but it's part of the job description. Anyways, the new episode 9 of your favorite show's season 5, is getting put on the back-burner, tonight, by the folks over at CBS. We don't know why they are doing this. We just know that they are, and that it'll just be something you'll have to accept.

A MacGyver rerun, anyone?

As mentioned in one of the opening headlines, CBS is going to just air one of their old reruns from their new "Macgyver" remake show, tonight.

It's a show that feature lots of drama and action, so you might still want to tune in to check it out. However, if it's just not your thing, then you'll definitely want to make some other plans.

It's only for one week

Alright, so now, on a more positive note, we've got some new intel for the new episode 9, and we can also tell you that this is just a one week break, so you guys will only have to wait until next Sunday night, December 11th at 9pm central time to see this new 9th installment, which carries the title: "It Serves You Right to Suffer." Man, that is quite a long title.

Someone gets framed in the new episode

Anyways, getting back to the additional info, CBS gave us a press release for episode 9, which reveals some storyline scoopage. It turns out that we're going to see character, Shinwell, get framed for a gang murder. In light of this, he will come, begging for Sherlock and Watson to help bail him out of this mess!

Time is not on their side

Holmes and Watson won't be given a ton of time to help him out, either, as they'll only have about 3 days to locate this mysterious killer before the authorities come to collect Shinwell and throw him in the slammer!

Some credit intel, reveals that this episode was directed by one of the stars of the show, Aidan Quinn aka Captain Thomas Gregson, so he'll be making his directorial debut. Wish him luck if you want to.

Unfortunately, we haven't gotten a new promo clip for this installment yet. However, that doesn't surprise me. This is one of their less popular shows, so they're not usually in a rush to get them out.

All I can say, is we might see one, surface before next week, but we don't really know , for sure, if we'll see one. Anyways, stay tuned.
