It has been eight months since Mischa Barton was kicked off of "Dancing With the Stars," but it sounds like she doesn't mind at all. Now the actress is speaking out and sharing her thoughts on the show, and she didn't really enjoy her time there. This star of "O.C." didn't make it very far.

What did Mischa Barton have to say about "DWTS"?

She is saying now that it wasn't what she thought it would be and that she was even told off by her dancer. When Mischa was on the show, her partner was Artem Chigvintsev.

He isn't sharing his side of the story just yet. She also said that she was supposed to get to control her costumes, and that is one reason she agreed to do the show, but it didn't end up happening that way for her. She was told she could help design but didn't get to. That didn't make her happy at all.

Mischa Barton went on to compare being on the show to "The Hunger Games." She said it was all about popularity, which does make sense considering that you have to get votes to stay on the show. Barton was only on the show for three weeks and now says that she was glad she got kicked off and sent home.

You have to wonder if she had stuck around longer if she would have learned to love the show and have left with a better feeling for it. It probably takes a while to get the hang of things when you are starting something new like this, but Mischa was only there three weeks.

There are other people who have had bad experiences on "Dancing With the Stars," but a lot of them don't speak out the way that Mischa did. She isn't holding back on how little she enjoyed her time on the show and don't expect her to ever go back on it again if asked.
