Hollywood has always been cold towards newly elected US President - Donald trump. Adding more to the legacy, the Material Girl - Madonna unleashed a trail of criticism for Trump at a charity event for her Malawi Foundation, in Miami. The singer raised more than $7.5m (£5.9m) at the fundraiser event, but that's not what got her in the spotlight.

During the performance, the giant screen on the stage lit up with Trump's photos when Madonna sang the lines “You know that you’re toxic”. At the event, the pop diva also revealed that she has been to Trump's home for a photo shoot in his bedroom, on his “cheap sheets”. “They won’t be Egyptian cotton because we all know how he feels about Muslims, don’t we?” she said further.

It seemed that Madonna had a lot more in store to say about Trump. She didn't just stop at sharing her thoughts about Trump's bedroom decor and its import source.

The singer also spoke about the Native Americans and how Trump's victory has scared them. “It just really makes me feel ashamed – ashamed to be an American, ashamed to be a human being, really,” she said.

Money, Money, Money at the fundraiser

Apart from spewing her thoughts on Trump, Madonna also performed on her cabaret show - Tears of a Clown. The fundraiser show was dubbed as "an evening of music, art, and mischief.” Among the many A-listers at the event, there were some of the most popular faces such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, Courtney Love and James Corden.
