"Days Of Our Lives" comings and goings reveal that some brand new doctors are on their way to Salem for the week of December 12 - 16. Kenneth Meseroll will be playing Dr. Klein. The character was the doctor to Stefano before his death. As many "DOOL" fans now know, Stefano was terminally ill before Hope murdered him, and Rafe and Shawn are going to use that information to try to prove that Stefano goaded Hope into shooting him. This will likely be the piece of information that eventually gets Hope of prison in the future.

Meanwhile, actor Scott Takeda will being his recurring role as Dr. Lee on Wednesday. Dr. Lee will most likely be one of Adrienne's doctors, as she's recently discovered that she has cancer.

New characters on their way to Salem

According to Soap Hub, "Days of Our Lives" spoilers also reveal that the NBC soap has recently put out a casting call for a brand new character. The call is for a sophisticated beautiful woman in her mid-50's or 60's to play a new character named Evangeline. Evangeline is described as being very powerful, charming, and ruthless in business.

The role will be a recurring one. Whoever lands the role will begin filming in January, which means that the character should be seen in Salem sometime in the summer of 2017.

Major drama coming to 'DOOL'

Meanwhile, "Days of Our Lives" fans will be caught up in the drama between Chad and Abigail this week. Reports reveal that Abigail will finally be ready to reveal to Chad that she's still alive. However, it may be too late.

The moment she decides to return to her husband she'll find him kissing another woman, and not just any woman, her brother JJ's girlfriend, Gabi. "DOOL" fans have watched as Chad and Gabi have grown closer and closer over the past few months, and it seemed inevitable that the two would eventually discover their feelings for each other. Now that they have, it will only complicate things more when Abigail finally reveals to Chad that she's alive and well.

A major love triangle could be in the cards for "Days" fans.
