Eric's Forrester Creations shake-up

"Bold and the Beautiful" spoilers tease that Eric names Steffy the CEO, something that irritates Rick (Jacob Young) greatly. He names Quinn (Rena Sofer) the president, working directly with Steffy on a daily basis. And, he appointed Rick and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) the co-vice presidents. Eric makes sure to tell Rick and Ridge that he doesn't trust them, and isn't sure he ever will. Rick cannot believe that his father basically shut him out of the company, giving him a bogus position that he has to share with Ridge. Eric still has one more position to appoint, but for that, he goes to Wyatt and talks with him privately about it.

Eric hopes that he can make Wyatt more attractive to Steffy, and encourages him not to give up hope that she will come back to him. Wyatt accepts the offer and cannot wait to begin. He feels honored that Eric trusts him with the social media aspect of Forrester Creations, and vows not to let him down.

Eric gives Wyatt love advice

"Bold and the Beautiful" spoilers state that Eric tells Wyatt to be the man that Steffy fell in love with, and she will return. It is good advice, but she seems so happy with Liam right now. It looks like Eric purposely gave Wyatt a position that required him to work closely with Steffy, to give them a chance to bond and spend time together.
