"Supernatural" fans have been waiting to see what Lucifer has been up to. Apparently he has been reaping the benefits of possessing a rock star. Enjoying life as rock star Vince Vincente, the devil has been able to organize a VIP concert with bloodshed in mind. Sam, Dean, and Castiel will find themselves involved in the underbelly of the music industry in this anticipated episode. Assuming the Winchesters survive the night, they will have to face him in the White House. Season 12 ratings are down a bit, and fans are hoping that December's episodes will push them up.

'Supernatural' is back December 1st

The show is off next week for Thanksgiving, but when it returns on Dec. 1, 2016, episode seven is entitled "Rock Never Dies." Directed by Eduardo Sanchez (who also directed episode "The Chitters"), Lucifer has been soaking up all the power he has found in Vince Vincente's body, while slowly destroying it. Guest actors so far are Crystal Allen of "Those Damn Canadians," Tony Chris Kazoleas who comes with a long filmography of guest roles in shows, and Jeff Evans Todd of "Dollar Cinema" and "Legends of Chima." 

Lucifer in the White House

December 1st's episode called "Lotus" lands Lucifer in the White House.

According to a CW's release, Sam and Dean will find out that The President of The United States (guest star David Chisum) has unknowingly made a deal with the devil. The band will be back together again as Sam, Dean, Castiel, Crowley, and Rowena will have to fight the devil. This episode was directed by Phil Sgriccia, who has directed 263 episodes of the series.

What do fans think of season 12 so far?

The first episode was met with fairly good reviews, but episode two was met with mostly disappointment. Overall, however fans like the direction the show is taking so far. According to fans Kayla Barsocchini and Lara Griffith, they like the "monster of the week" dynamic. CW president, Mark Pedowitz has mentioned plans for season 13, and stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles have their sights set on making it to episode 300.
