Ryan Edwards has exhibited some suspicious behavior on the 6th season of "Teen Mom OG," but according to the reality star, and one of the show's producers, his odd actions aren't the result of drug abuse. Days ago, Edwards was seen by photographers in Tennessee, who questioned him about the ongoing allegations against him.

During the outing, Edwards was asked point-blank whether or not he had used drugs while filming the MTV reality series. In response, he assured the cameraman that he had not used drugs.

Meanwhile, another member of his crew, who just happened to be an MTV producer, credited his behavior to his lack of sleep. "Sometimes he's tired," the producer explained, as In Touch Weekly revealed.

Ryan Edwards has been targeted on Twitter with drug rumors

Following a shocking episode of "Teen Mom OG," which featured Ryan Edwards appearing bug-eyed after opting not to attend one of his son's baseball games, Twitter users targeted the reality star with allegations of meth use and the use of other drugs.

However, Edwards chose to wait to address the rumors and hasn't been very active on social media for the past several months.

Although Edwards did share a recent update on Instagram, it had nothing to do with the ongoing rumors against him and on Twitter, he's been completely silent since July.

Ryan Edwards attended Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney's wedding last month

While Edwards and his former girlfriend, Maci Bookout, the mother of his 7-year-old son Bentley, haven't been on the best terms in recent years, Edwards and his parents all received invitations to her October wedding to Taylor McKinney, the father of her youngest two children, Jayde Carter, 1, and Maverick Reed, 6 months.

During the event, Edwards' parents, Larry and Jen, appeared to be having a great time as they danced with the newly married couple, but Edwards appeared more solemn at the event and seemed to be in the need of a hair cut and a shave.

To see more of Ryan Edwards, Maci Bookout and their co-stars, be sure to tune into new episodes of "Teen Mom OG" season six. The show airs every Monday night at 9 p.m. on MTV.
