Khloe Kardashian has chronicled her epic weight loss on social media, but her most recent batch of selfies are freaking folks out. The reality show star of "Keeping up with the Kardashians" posted pics of a bizarre Barbie doll tiny waist. Is the tucked tummy down to waist trainers, diet or exercise? Or are plastic surgery and some major butt implants making her midriff appear smaller in comparison?

Khloe Kardashian has Barbie butt

Kardashians are the first family of Reality TV but also of plastic surgery. Khloe has had so much done to her butt that there were reports that the implants leaked. The queen of the butt implants is Kim Kardashian but her younger sister seems to be keeping up with Kim, or even surpassing her.

Khloe posted Instagram images of herself in the famous waist trainer (a stomach sucking-in belt like Spanx). So juxtaposed with the huge butt implants and surgically enhanced thighs, her stomach looks so scary small as to be missing a few ribs. It resembles the old-school Barbie dolls with less anatomically correct figures.

Khloe Kardashian plastic surgery mocks weight loss

Khloe seems to think that the super skinny photos are flattering but they just reveal how many cosmetic surgery procedures she's had done. Mom Kris Jenner started the girls young getting a boob job, facial reconstruction, tummy tuck, etc. Kylie Jenner was just 17. Kardashian has struggled to lose over 40 pounds but are these selfies making a joke of that? If you get work done surgically, it makes people overlook any work you've done yourself--like diet and exercise.

Fans seriously annoyed, worried about Khloe Kardashian

People are willing to praise weight loss but when it goes too far, they worry. This isn't fat-shaming--it's concern that Khloe is getting anorexic. Khloe says she likes to eat, so it could be another of the eating disorders, bulimia (binge and purge behavior). And even if it's just the waist trainer and hard work, many are upset about the "disgusting" body image messages she's sending. Will young girls know that Science Fiction-sized body parts are just that--fake? Will they do dangerous things to themselves to keep up with the Kardashians?
