When "Dancing With The Stars" 2016 continues Nov. 7 on ABC, the six couples still facing off for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy will hit the ballroom floor to perform during ShowStoppers Night. A Nov. 2 report by Just Jared Jr. confirmed details about the upcoming episode, from the identity of the week nine guest judge (hint: she's a really "cool" gal) to which super creative"DWTS" pro will return as a musical guest.

'DWTS' 2016 week 9: Round one spoilers

With guest panelist Idina Menzel seated at the judges' table alongside "Dancing with the Stars" 2016regulars Carrie Ann Inaba, Julianne Hough, and Bruno Tonioli (note: no Len Goodman until finals week), the first round of ShowStoppers Night will feature the hopefuls performing to music from an array of popular Broadway shows.

The dance styles and songs are as follows:

  • "Taxi" actress Marilu Henner and Derek Hough, samba to "December, 1963" from "Jersey Boys". The performance will feature the return of "DWTS" champion Mark Ballas.
  • Olympic gold medalist Laurie Hernandez and Valentin Chmerkovskiy, Argentine tango to "Cell Block Tango" from "Chicago"
  • Former NFL wide receiver Calvin Johnson Jr. and Lindsay Arnold, waltz to "Memory" from "Cats." The performance will feature Leona Lewis.
  • Reality TV star Terra Jole and Sasha Farber, Charleston to "If My Friends Could See Me Now" from "Sweet Charity"
  • IndyCar driver James Hinchcliife and Sharna Burgess OR Jenna Johnson, jazz to "A Brand New Day" from "The Wiz"
  • "One Tree Hill" alum and country singer Jana Kramer and Gleb Savchenko OR Alan Bersten, waltz to "She Used to be Mine" from "Waitress"

Both Sharna Burgess and Gleb Savchenko recently sustained knee injuries and may be unable to perform on Monday night.

If they are not cleared to dance, Jenna Johnson will step in for Burgess and Alan Bersten will take over for Savchenko.

The Team-Up Challenges return for 'Dancing with the Stars' 2016

The couples will complete their judges' scores for the evening with the Team-Up Challenge round, which will feature three separate dances featuring two pairs apiece. The celebrities who were paired up by "DWTS" producers as follows:

  • Johnson Jr. and Hinchcliffe, paso doble to "No Good"
  • Hernandez and Kramer, contemporary to "Bird Set Free"
  • Jole and Henner, jazz to "Big Noise from Winnetka"
