When "Dancing With The Stars" 2016 resumes again tonight on ABC, the six pairs taking part in the season 23 quarterfinals will hit the ballroom for ShowStoppers Night. With Tony Award winner Idina Menzel seated atthe judges' table alongside "DWTS" regulars Bruno Tonioli, Julianne Hough, and Carrie Ann Inaba, the contestants will perform two dances apiece to tunes from popular Broadway shows: an individual routine, plus a team up challenge withone of the opposing pairs. So who's most likely to get the boot come results time?

Riding 'DWTS' 2016 perfection to the semis?

A full half of the couples competing during tonight's episode of "Dancing with the Stars" 2016 scored perfect marks during last week's Eras Night and should slide through to next week.

Included in the fortunate trio are preseason favorite Laurie Hernandez and Valentin Chmerkovskiy, whose "Pure Imagination" routine was dubbed "a Viennese wonder waltz" by Tonioli; former NFL wide receiver Calvin Johnson Jr. and Lindsay Arnold, whose "Dr. Bones" jive earned raves across the board; and IndyCar driver James Hinchcliffe and stand-in partner Jenna Johnson. Hinchcliffe's regular partner, Aussie beauty Sharna Burgess, choreographed the "Suicide Squad" Viennese waltz, which was so well-executed that it went viral.

Although all three earned perfect scores for their individual routines, they didn't end "DWTS" season 23 week eight on even ground. As the winner of the immunity challenge, Hinchcliffe scored an additional five points and sat out the round of dance-offs that followed.

Hernandez bested Johnson in their face-off, so she completed her evening with a 33, while Johnson finished the night with just the 30 points he earned for his jive. Still, uneven footing aside, all three should advance tonight

Also likely to advance during tonight's "Dancing with the Stars" 2016 results segment is singer and actress Jana Kramer, who, like Johnson, finished Halloween Night with 30 points: 27 for her individual dance with Gleb Savchenko, plus three for winning her face-off with Reality TV star Terra Jole and Sasha Farber.

'Dancing with the Stars' season 23 resultsprediction

With four couples all-but certain to advance to the semis, just two pairs remain: Jole and Farber, and "Taxi" actress Marilu Henner and Derek Hough. Jole edged Henner by one point during last week's show which gives her a small statistical advantage, but Hough has an extremely strong fan base.

When "DWTS" hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews reveal the results, you can probably expect Jole and Farber to be sent packing.

"Dancing with the Stars" 2016 ShowStoppers Night begins tonight at 8 PM ET/PT on ABC.
