On Wednesday in "The Bold and the Beautiful", RJ (Anthony Turden) was adamant and continued to make his case to his father. He doesn't believe that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) has changed and that he is right for his mother. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) tried to remain cool and assured his son that there is a plan behind Brooke's (Kelly Katherine Lang) marriage to Bill. RJ remarked on how insane the idea was, when his father explained that Bill's shares are a wedding present to Brooke, which he will use to get Quinn (Rena Sofer) out of the company. The teenager didn't think that it was a good enough excuse, but Ridge was confident that he and Brooke would end up together again.

RJ warned his father to stop the wedding before it's too late, and that contrary to his father's belief, his mother was not making a commitment to Bill until things get tough. "She's thinking long term, she's thinking forever. If you don't do something about this now, you can lose her for good." Finally, Ridge agreed and made his way to Bill's house.

Brooke confides in Donna

While Bill felt confident about getting married for good this time, a preoccupied Brooke didn't appear to be too excited before Donna (Jennifer Gareis) asked her if something is wrong. "It's Ridge," she said. She shared Ridge's plan to get control of the company, but Donna was confused. She then confessed that Ridge kissed her.

When Donna asked Brooke if she still has feelings for Ridge, she insisted that she loves Bill. Donna advised her sisterto not allow Ridge to throw her life into chaos yet again. She then expressed how happy she is for her, and that she shouldn't be thinking about Ridge or Quinn, but about her and Bill starting the rest of their lives together.

Ridge intervenes

At Bill's home, Ridge barged in and asked Brooke to call off the wedding. "What about the shares?" she asked. "I don't care about the shares. I care about you more."
