“Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans is blasting the judge who oversaw the court case involving her boyfriend David Eason. After violating a domestic-violence protective order, Eason was hauled into court and he was recently sentenced to 60 days in jail. It did not take long for Evans to go on a Twitter rant about the situation, tossing out some accusations about the judge involved.

What did Jenelle say about the judge in David's case?

Evans is expecting a daughter in January with Eason and she clearly has her man's back.

As Radar Online details, Jenelle blasted the judge via a series of now-deleted tweets and she accuses the judge of hating David. The “Teen Mom 2” star says that the judge was disrespectful in hearing the case and was off-base in declaring him an unfit parent.

As Us Weekly notes, David has appealed the ruling and as a result, things are a bit on hold for now. The protection orderthat is at the core of this case came out of an incident with the mother of his son back in April 2014 when he allegedly grabbed her around the throat and threatened to kill her.

He was arrested for the incident and found not guilty.

Is Eason's sentence for the incident appropriate?

However, she did gain a protective order and Eason is accused of violating it last March when he ran into his son at a store and gave him a hug. The boy was with his maternal grandmother at the time and the child's mother reported David for violating the no contact order.

Of course, as “Teen Mom 2” fans know, this is not Eason's first brush with legal issues.

Jenelle is defending her man and she claims that when the no contact order expires on October 22, David will be filing to get visitation with the boy. Evans and Eason are expecting their first child together, a girl they plan to name Ensley Jolie, in January, and fans will be curious to see if he's around for the birth.

There were recently rumors of strife and perhaps even a split for Jenelle and David, but they dismissed the buzz and do seem to still be together.

Will Jenelle Evans and David Eason stay united as a couple through this legal challenge or will his upcoming jail sentence mean the beginning of the end for the "Teen Mom 2" pair?
