The Winchester’s least favorite Reaper will make a return for “Supernatural”’s 250th episode.

Billie the Reaper is back, and that certainly doesn’t bode well for Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles). First introduced in last year’s “Form and Void”, the soul collector is hell-bent on making sure that next time the Winchester bros. die, there’s no coming back.

“Supernatural” Set Photos Teases Milestone Episode

The actress was on set earlier this week as filming for episode 9 came to a close. Berry stopped for a pic with “Supernatural” makeup designer Zabrina Matriu before posing with the SPN season 12 tape ball.

“I fall more in love with @zabrinamakeup every time I see her beautiful smiling face!” Berry tweeted on Sunday. “#ILoveMyFriends”

The tape ball, meanwhile, almost became snack food on Monday.

Does Billie’s return mean a near-death experience for one of our favorite hunters? Could the reaper lend a hand in vanquishing Lucifer? Only time will tell.

According to the cast, the CW drama has plenty of story left to tell.

"If we don't make it to 300, I think Ackles and I will both be truly bummed," Padalecki told Entertainment Weekly last month. "When we get to 300, I think Ackles and I will think it might be time to say bye. There's a chance that changes, but we certainly do not take it for granted that we're going to make it to 300."

The actor updated fans once more at last weekend’s Creation Entertainment’s “Salute to Supernatural” in Atlanta.

“For those of ya’ll who might want "Supernatural" to end, it looks like it doesn’t have to end if you want it to keep going,” Padalecki teased after a meeting with Peter Ross, president of Warner Bros. Television.

While nothing is in writing, as long as Padalecki and Ackles still love their jobs and have the viewers, "Supernatural" can keep chugging along. It’s the same sentiment that is uttered year after year by Mark Pedowitz, president of The CW, at the Television Critics Association press tours, and it’s one fans hope to hear for many years to come.
