Sara has never revealed that she is bisexual before, but she is now speaking out and sharing her truth. She actually got married to her husband Ryan DeBolt in 2012, but that doesn't chance the fact that she likes women as well.

Sara Ramirez fans went to Twitter to respond to her telling her all about how proud they were that she was revealing this truth about herself. Some are shocked that she played a bisexual character on "Grey's Anatomy" for ten years, but never revealed her truth until now.

Sara isn't sharing what relationships she has been in before, but the fans would love to hear more about her past. Hopefully, now that she has opened up this much she will continue to do so.

Sara did not return to "Grey's Anatomy" this season after making the big decision to quit after ten years on the show. She just decided that it was time to take a break. Fans are hopeful that she will come back from time to time and make an appearance. This hasn't happened yet with Sandra Oh, but there is no reason that Sara might not come back for a little bit here and there if it works out.
