Meghan King Edmonds and her husband, Jim, have faced ongoing rumors of a possible split since the 11th season of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Orange County began airing in June. Although the couple has denied there is any tension between them, fans continue to air their thoughts on social media and on October 2, Meghan fought back.

After a fan on Twitter pointed out that Jim had said he would be changing a "few" of their baby's diapers when she arrives later this year, the woman suggested Meghan would be giving him more than just a few. In response, Meghan told the fan that Jim wouldn't leave their daughter in a wet diaper for more than five seconds.

Is Jim Edmonds more concerned with baseball than his baby?

The same day, another Twitter user claimed Jim was more concerned with the baseball playoffs than he was with his unborn child. After seeing the tweet, Meghan told the fan she was wrong and noted that the Cardinals, who Jim works for, weren't going to the playoffs.

While Meghan King Edmonds made it seem that the fan's comment was completely unwarranted, she was likely prompted by Meghan's recent blog complaints about her husband's lack of interest in her pregnancy efforts.

Earlier this year, Meghan began undergoing in-vitro fertilization and throughout the process, Jim was often out of town and when he was around, he seemed to be detached from the situation.

Meghan Edmonds announced her pregnancy in June

Following several injections, Meghan revealed that she and her husband Jim were expecting their 1st child together, the 5th for Jim. Ironically, Meghan's announcement came on the same day that the 11th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County was premiering on Bravo TV.
