The letter that was sent to all of the “RHOC” cast members says that both production and Bravo are tired of the “constant, ugly fighting” and note that it's bad for everybody involved.

The letter that was circulated to everybody pleads for the ladies to save it for the show and the "RHOC" reunion show, rather than have the drama play out on social media. This is a franchise that thrives on drama and having the women go after one another, but it sounds as if production and Bravo want to save it for the cameras and the ratings rather than see it all go down online outside of their control.

What allegedly drove the show to chew out everybody?

Some fans are wondering what instigated this letter sent out to the “Real Housewives of Orange County” cast, and according to All About the Tea, Shannon Beador is behind this one. While there has been drama coming from all sides of the cast, and even some former cast members like Gretchen Rossi and Lizzie Rovsek, the buzz is that Beador decided that she was being ganged up on and pleaded with Bravo to put a stop to it all.

While production may have some say over what cast members Shannon, Kelly Dodd, Vicki Gunvalson, and Tamra Judge do, they don't exactly have any control over those like Gretchen who are no longer under contract. Rossi wasn't shy about calling out the “RHOC” star and making it clear that she'll continue to say whatever she wants to say.

Have things gotten so out of control among the “RHOC” cast members on social media that Shannon Beador was right to go to production if indeed that is how this all played out?

Will the “Real Housewives of Orange County” ladies save it for the show or is it too late to stop the chaos on this front?
