Head judge Len Goodman is returning to "Dancing with the Stars" on Monday, October 24. He has been absent from a few episodes because he is also a judge on "Strictly Come Dancing" in Britain. The 72-year-old professional ballroom dancer, dance judge, and dance coach is returning just in time to judge and comment on the eight remaining Celebrities during Eras Night. Couples will perform a dance from their favorite era between the 1920s and the 1990s. Goodman has lived through many of these eras unlike some of the ballroom dancers.

What Goodman missed

While Len was away he missed a perfect performance last week by Jana Kramer and Gleb Savchenko when they performed a sexy Argentine tango. They began the dance on a bed and ended up in the shower. They were soaking wet when the dance was over. The audience and all four judges gave the couple a standing ovation. Pitbull, who replaced Len, gave the couple the highest score of 10 as well as Carrie Ann Inaba, Julianne Hough, and Bruno Tonioli. The couple went straight to the top of the leaderboard with a perfect score of 40. Fans of the show wondered how Len would have scored them since he doesn't like props and drama on the dance floor.

Would Len have also given Jana and Gleb a high score?

Eras Night

Len Goodman will judge dances to some of the most popular songs of the past. Goodman is expected to love this special night because some of his favorite dances will be performed. Couples will perform the Charleston, a quickstep, rumba, jive, tango, foxtrot, samba, and jitterbug.

Additionally, Goodman is back to judge the group dances.

Celebrities Dancing With The Stars

The eight couples have been divided into two groups of four couples. Team Past has James Hinchcliffe as its captain. Team Future is honored to have Laurie Hernandez as its leader.  Everyone will get the same score from their group dance that will be added to their individual dance score. That might keep them from being eliminated next week. However, this week's elimination will be based on last week's Latin dances.

The couple that will be eliminated cannot blame Len because he didn't judge them last week.

So, who will be eliminated this week? Watch ABC's "Dancing With The Stars" on Monday, October 24 at 8 p.m. to see who will be eliminated. Also, let's welcome Len Goodman back to the judges' table.
