After American pop star Janet Jackson stepped out with billionaire hubby Wissam Al Mana strolling down the street, holding hands and wearing Muslim garb, reports are surfacing that her famous family is concerned she may become a target. The pair was seen visiting a baby store and taking a moment to have lunch at a health food restaurant. The baby sister of the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, has only recently been seen showing off her baby bump. Jackson and her 41-year-old husband have been spotted out and about in London while he is casually dressed in athletic wear and the 50-year-old singer is draped from head-to-toe in what appears to be Islamic dress.

While it may be apparent to Jackson’s elderly parents, Joe and Katherine, that their daughter has broken from their Jehovah’s Witness faith, that is not their main worry. A source close to the family says the parents are concerned about a very pregnant Janet’s being seen publicly in London when there are so many religious extremists and other disturbed zealots in the world.

The world is dangerous place

Truthfully, we live in a world where danger is all around us. However, London, like any other place, is very welcoming to Muslims and other religions.

Their mayor, Sadiq Khan, is also Muslim. No doubt, the Jackson clan is primarily focused on the unborn child’s overall well-being, growing up in a world different from what they grew up in.

Janet, what have you been up to lately?

Aside from getting in a family way and all, it is believed the megastar became a Muslim soon after marrying the Qatari billionaire in 2012. Deemed to be one of the most successful female artists of all time, the “Nasty” singer has sold over 100 million records.

Besides family and loved ones, fans across the globe hope only the best for Janet, her husband and the expected bundle of joy. Jackson halted her tour in April, making a somewhat mysterious announcement to concentrate on starting a family. No word yet on the due date although there are rumors of a stork arrival scheduled for December.
