The "Dancing With The Stars" 2016 week four results show aired Oct. 4 on ABC. The hour-long live broadcast might have concluded with the elimination of two couples --Grammy winner Kenny 'Babyface' Edmonds and Allison Holker, and rapper Vanilla Ice and Witney Carson-- but the stressful hour of action from the storied "DWTS" ballroom took a toll on muchof the cast, as evidenced by a collection of tweets gathered shortly after the show wrapped.

'Dancing with theStars' 2016 resultsshowleaves the celebs quaking

Actress and country music star Jana Kramer, who had the misfortune of being the very last contestant called safe before Vanilla Ice and Carson got the ax, wrote "Oh. My. Goodness! That was INSANE!!!!! I JUST stopped shaking! Thanks to everyone who voted to keep me & @Gleb_Savchenkosafe!"

Also confessing to a hearty helping of "Dancing with the Stars" results show related nerves was IndyCar driver James Hinchcliffe, who scored the second highest total of week four with his spirited quickstep alongside professional partner Sharna Burgess.

Despite their excellent mark of 28 points, they found themselves in jeopardy, which left him tweeting "Phew! @SharnaBurgessand I made it! Thanks so much for your votes! Will need more next week!" after the broadcast.

Sasha Farber, Emma Slater get engaged on 'DWTS', happiness results

Although two of the 11 couples did get the boot, the "Dancing with the Stars" results show also featured a happy tearjerker of a moment when pro dancer Sasha Farber --who serves as reality TV star Terra Jole's pro coach this season-- dropped to one knee and popped the question to girlfriend and fellow "DWTS" pro Emma Slater in the middle of the show.

The beautiful blonde Brit quickly accepted, and the two embraced as confetti fell and Bruno Mars' "Just the Way You Are" played in the background.

Lindsay Arnold congratulated the pair via Twitter, writing "Best night ever!! @calvinjohnsonjrand I are safe AND my closest friends @EmmaSlaterDanceand @SashaFarberare engaged!! Love you both"

Also sounding off on the couple's big news was "DWTS" season 22 Mirrorball champ Peta Murgatroyd, who tweeted "Congrats to my friends @SashaFarber and @EmmaSlaterdance on their beautiful engagement!

I couldn't be happier for you two, you were always meant to be together"

With just nine couples remaining, "Dancing with the Stars" 2016 will continue Oct. 10 on ABC with the always emotional Most Memorable Year night. Tune in, and remember to vote.
