James Hinchcliffe, Sharna Burgess to revisit near-fatal crash

Not many "Dancing with the Stars" fans could pick IndyCar's James Hinchcliffe out of a lineup prior to the start of season 23, but he's proven himself a bona fide contender for the title thanks to a string of four well-received performances with Sharna Burgess.

According to an Oct. 7 ET Online exclusive, the duo's Most Memorable Year routine will be inspired by the 2015 crash that nearly claimed Hinchcliffe's life.

The morning of the live show, Burgess sent a sweet tweet in her partner's direction, writing "Thank you for letting me into your world & sharing your inspiring story.Your amazing, let's just have fun tonight (like we always do) #DWTS" Per "DWTS" spoilers posted by Just Jared Jr last week, the so-named #TeamStopAndGo's dance will be a tango set to "The Right Time."

Newly engaged Ryan Lochte to dance for mom
