Indian actresses from Bollywood have tried entering Hollywood earlier but success eluded them till Priyanka Chopra made a smash on TV with "Quantico" and her forthcoming film "Baywatch." Not far behind her rival in Bollywood, Deepika Padukone has also struck out in Hollywood and she is the star of the film "xXx: Return of Xander Cage," along with Vin Diesel.

The chemistry between Deepika and Vin Diesel is something special and the top Hollywood producer-director and actor gives high praise to the 26-year-old Deepika. He has stated,"I am blessed to be part of her introducing to the whole world because the next global superstar is coming from India."

This is high praise and he has also stated that when Deepika auditioned for the role in the film all the viewers were overwhelmed with her steamy performance.

he claims he has a special relationship with Deepika and in an interview with CNN stated " I love her so much and we have such natural chemistry together."

The movie "xXx: Return of Xander Cage" will have its world premiere on 20 January 2017 and in case the movie is a hit it will launch Deepika on the global stage. The words of Vin Diesel are indeed encouraging for Deepika, but one wonders whether the chemistry between the two is confined only to the screen. There could be more than what meets the eye. Vin Diesel has also stated that his love for Deepika can't be said in words and he enjoyed his scenes, even intimate ones with her. 

The future

Deepika and Priyanka are rivals in Bollywood with Priyanka a shade ahead of Deepika. Both starred in the blockbuster "Bajirai Mastani" and bad blood erupted when Deepika learned that Priyanka had been paid more.
