Head judge Len Goodman was back on "Dancing With The Stars" after being away for a few weeks. Couples knew he was really back by the comments he made. The elimination on Monday night was based on the last week's judges' score and viewers' votes for the Latin dances. Len wasn't there, so he can't be blamed for the last week's scores and the recent elimination. Pitbull replaced him at the judges' table.

Maureen McCormick eliminated

Maureen McCormick and her pro partner Artem Chigvintsev were eliminated from the ABC dance competition show on Monday, October 24.

It was no surprise because they have been at the bottom of the leaderboard most of the season. They had also been in jeopardy more than one time. Tonight, they were in jeopardy along with Jana Kramer and GlebSavchenko.

Jana and Gleb must not have gotten a lot of viewers' votes last week because they received a perfect score from the judges for their sexy Argentine tango. They started out on the bed and ended up in the shower. They received a standing ovation from the audience and the four judges.

It goes to show that no matter how well a person dances, it comes down to viewers' votes that keep them coming back for another week.

If Maureen had held on for another week, the 60-year-old former "Brady Brunch" star would be eliminated next week because she and Artem did not receive a good score for their 1980s tango on Eras Night. They danced to Bon Jovi's "You Give Love a Bad Name." The couple received a low score of 28 out of 40 for their performance.

Ryan Lochte

Some fans were shocked that Ryan Lochte was not in jeopardy. He had been predicted to be eliminated. However, he and his pro partner Cheryl Burke are safe to dance another week. He must have a lot of fans who are keeping him on the showbecause he sure isn't getting high scores from the judges. Like Maureen, Ryan received a 28 out of 40 for his 1990s rumba with Cheryl.Ryan might be eliminated next week based on his low score this week.Watch the seven remaining couples on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" to see them perform new routines in a Halloween-themed episode.
