First perfect score

Laurie Hernandez and Val Chmerkovskiy performed a jazz routine to Michael Jackson's song "The Way You Make Me Feel." Laurie said she is a huge Michael Jackson fan. She revealed that she dressed up twice as the singer for Halloween when she was a child. Laurie and Val were the first to get a perfect score this season. All three judges gave them the highest possible score of "10." This meant something extra special for Laurie and Val especially since their rehearsal time was limited this week.

The 16-year-old and her partner went to the top of the leaderboard with the first perfect score of the season

On Tuesday's results show, two couples will be eliminated. It is unlikely that it will be Laurie and Val. However, it could be any two of the other couples especially those who ended up at the bottom of the leaderboard and did not get enough viewers' votes. With so many couples at the middle or bottom of the leaderboard, it is hard to predict who might be eliminated this week.

From their conversations, it seems that no one wants to leave the biggest dance floor on television. Watch ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday night, Tuesday, October 4 to see who will be sent home.
