Under what is termed a Structured Decision Making Plan, the DCFS has made its recommendations and both Angelina and Brad have agreed to the terms.

Brad and Angelina's children to stay with their mother

As reported by US Weekly, the new plan will be in effect until October 20, and under that plan Brad and Angelina’s six children – Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox – will stay with their mother at a rented home in the Los Angeles area. Saying that the children are currently safe with Angelina, the source added that the couple have agreed Brad will then get visitation rights with the children, but that a therapist will be present at the first visit.

Due to the allegations that he may have been under the influence when acting with anger against their son Maddox, 15, on a private jet, reportedly Brad will voluntarily undergo random drug and alcohol tests on a regular basis.
