Nivin Pauly's Malayalam movie "Premam" directed by Alphonse Putharen was a huge hit in the South Indian box-office, and it took the star value of the actor to new heights.

Now, the Telugu remake of this flick is getting ready for release, and it has none other than chocolate boy Akkineni Naga Chaitanya in the lead role. Prior to the theatrical release, the makers of the movie have unveiled the official trailer of the flick on September 20, 2016.

Mixed response from the audiences

As per reports, the one minute and forty-two seconds video clip is receiving mixed to positive reviews from fans. The main reason behind it is nothing but the comparison being made with the Mollywood original. The original movie showcased Navin in three different get ups, that of a teenager, an Engineering student and later as a coffee shop owner.

Naga too has tried to portray these roles, but we should wait and see how it will turn out.

The magic of three heroines

Anupama Parameshwar and Madonna Sebastian who did the roles of heroines in the Mollywood version will be enacting same characters in this film as well. The major attraction of the Alphonse's feature was the role of Malar Miss portrayed by Sai Pallavi.

In this Telugu flick, this character is being played by Shruti Haasan. When the "Evare" video song was released some weeks back, Shruti's portrayal of the ravishing teacher was trolled by movie lovers, and they claimed that she will fail to recreate the same charisma of Sai.
