"The Young and the Restless" spoilers tease a big comeback is in the works for fan-favorite, Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk). She hasn't been seen for a few months, but it looks like she may be on her way back to Genoa City to reveal a huge shocker. Is it possible that she will return to blow the whistle on Sharon McAvoy's (Sharon Case) baby secret?

Patty knows Sully's identity

In April, Sharon visited Patty and asked her what she knew about Sage's (Kelly Sullivan) baby's death. Patty talked to her in a hard-to-understand riddle, but let her know that she knew that her baby, Sully, is really Sage's baby, Christian.

Of course, "The Young and the Restless" showed Sharon come unglued, as she realized that Sully could be ripped from her because he's not really her child, but Sage and Nick's (Joshua Morrow) baby. The "Y&R" fans are well-aware that Christian wasn't really Nick's son. Adam (Justin Hartley) was Christian's dad.

Sharon is on edge and knows that the secret will come out.

Sharon knows that the baby secret will come out and appears noticeably on edge as she anticipates Dylan (Steve Burton) finding out that Sully isn't really his son. Sharon hopes that no one will ever find out that Christian is alive, and Sully isn't her child, but it isn't likely.

Patty will tell someone and may even summon Dylan to the mental hospital to tell him the juicy secret herself.

November Sweeps.

Before Chuck Pratt, Jr resigned as  leadwriter from "The Young and the Restless," he revealed that November Sweeps would consist of Sully's identity being exposed, Chloe's (Elizabeth Hendrickson) secret coming out, and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Billy's (Jason Thompson) affair aftermath. He stated it will be explosive and action-packed. It looks like Stitch (Sean Carrigan) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) may also be headed for an emotional breakup toward the end of the year.
