Ryan Lochte is planning a surprise move on "Dancing With The Stars" Week 3 during the face-off episode. Last week, he and everyone else thought he was going to be eliminated because he was in the bottom two. He breathed a sigh of relief when Jake Austin and Jenna Johnson were eliminated. Fans around the world remember what happened during Week 1 when two men stormed into the ballroom protesting against Lochte after his first performance.  Ryan is hoping the third week will be a charm. He is thinking the move he is planning to make will bring in more votes to keep him on the show longer.

Ryan surprise move

The Olympian swimmer wanted to be on ABC's popular dance competition show to redeem himself from his bad decision in Rio last summer.

Ryan and Cheryl talked to Mario Lopez  from "Extra" at Universal Studios Hollywood. They shared how rough the first two weeks have been on the show. The gold medalist has been at the bottom of the leaderboard for both weeks of competition. He is finding that dancing is ten times harder than swimming. Cheryl Burke, his two-time champion partner returned this season after being away for a few seasons. She is very patient with the swimmer and is helping him in every way she knows how.

What Cheryl thinks

Cheryl is very patient with Ryan because he has had no dance experience. She can be tough on him at times during rehearsals. His pro partner admits that she can be hard on Ryan because she wants the best for him. Dancing doesn't come naturally to him like swimming. He has a real bad problem with his posture that the judges have warned him about a couple of times.

Cheryl said she would rather that Ryan waited until later in the season to make that daring move.
