Jules Wainstein'sdivorce continues to shock fans. As the proceedings between theRealHousewives of New York City star and her soon-to-be ex-husband, Michael Wainstein, play out, Michael's alleged mistress's husband has filed divorcedocuments of his own.On September 2,In Touch Weekly magazine shared documents fromtheNew York County Clerk’s Office that confirmed that Michael's reportedmistress, Elyse Bensusan’s husband,Tsion, did the same, filed for divorce just one month after Michael's papers were filed.

As the outlet previously revealed, Jules Wainstein allegedly caught Michael, whom she was married to for eight years, cheating on her with New York Citypsychologist Elyse.

When In Touch Weekly revealed thatWainstein had caught her husband cheating, Elyse denied the claims, insisting in early Junethat she and the reality television husbandwere nothing more thanfriends.

Then, at the time of Michael's filing in May, his attorney claimedElyse’s marriage to Tsion was very much intact -- and continued to insist the couple's relationship was still on even after she and Wainstein's husband were caught holding hands inJuly.

“There is no divorce proceeding pending or contemplated concerning [Elyse],” Mark Heller revealed to In Touch Weekly magazine on July 27.

In the months since Michael filed for divorce, he and Jules Wainstein have been involved in at least two domestic disputes which resulted in police being called to their home in New York City.

Because the former couple shares two children, they have been forced to interact with one another in recent weeks and their co-parenting efforts have not been a success thus far.
