Mel Gibson is going to be a dad again. The infamous actor recently revealed that his girlfriend Rosalind Ross is expecting. This will be baby number nine for the "Lethal Weapon" actor.

With the number of kids that Mel Gibson has, it wouldn't be a stretch if he got his own reality series. Then again, after some of his bad behavior, it would be a network's nightmare to try to film around him and his growing family. Reports of Mel's growing family were confirmed by his publicist Alan Nierob.

Mel Gibson adds to his growing brood

Gibson already has eight kids, seven of them with his wife of 28 years Robyn Moore. Robyn and Mel had one daughter and six sons together prior to their 2011 divorce.

Gibson followed that up with another daughter born to his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

Mel Gibson and Rosalind Ross have been dating since 2014 and have done a pretty decent job of staying out of the spotlight, unlike his tumultuous relationship with Grigorieva, Gibson and his ex-girlfriend ended their relationship on a very sour note and Grigorieva was awarded a $15 million settlement and custody of their 6-year old daughter after their nasty split. The Russian model ended up losing most of that money, walking away with only $250,000 after she failed to keep her end of the gag order and accused Gibson of domestic violence during an interview on "The Howard Stern Show" in 2013.

Who is Rosalind Ross?

Gibson and Rosalind Ross have received a bit of criticism since getting together two years ago.

While Mel celebrated his 60th birthday this year, Rosalind is 35-years his junior. Ross is an equestrian vaulter, an interesting choice of career that mixes horse riding with gymnastics. She is currently 26-years old and is considered the best in her profession.

Mel and Rosalind are reportedly very excited about the pregnancy. They are happy to be expanding their family despite his advanced age. Earlier this year, Mel Gibson released his most recently directed World War II drama "Hacksaw Ridge" during the Venice Film Festival. The newest of his movies is due out in theaters on November 4.
