"Dancing With The Stars" has bit of a spin on tonight's show, thanks to the presidential debate! Monday night's show will only last an hour, but during that hour a new twist on the competition will take place. The 12 dancing duos will split up into six dance categories, with two couples each facing off to a particular dance, but a different song.

Dance-off

Two couples will pair off and do the Jive, Tango, Salsa, Paso Doble, Viennese Waltz, and the Cha-Cha for Monday night's show, according to Matt Carter.

This is a different venue for this show, but because "Dancing with the Stars" is going up against the presidential debate in what would have been the second hour of the show, it cut the venue short this week. "Dancing with the Stars" has such a high rating that it would be ludicrous to lose some of those stats going up against the presidential debate which starts at 9 p.m. on Monday.

This debate is expected to be one of the most watched political debates in history. So rather than chance the viewers leaving halfway through the normally 2-hour "Dancing with the Stars" show, the choice has already been made for them.

This has now become a one-hour show just for tonight and its new venue should be interesting to see!

Viennese Waltz

Calvin Johnson and Lindsay Arnold will dance to "Woman's World" as one couple. They will be up against Terra Jole and Sasha Farber dancing to "Iris" as another pair. While the couples each have a different song to dance to, both duos will do the Viennese Waltz to their songs.

Cha-Cha

The Cha-Cha will be the dance that James Hinchcliffe and Sharna Brugess will compete with to the song "Big Trouble." They will go up  against Ryan Lochte and Cheryl Burke who will dance to "If It Ain't Love" and they will also be doing the Cha-Cha.

The winners of all six duos will be safe for another week and the losing six couples will be presented for the elimination process at the result's show on Tuesday night. So tomorrow night six couples will be safe and you will vote on the six couples who lost their competitions on Monday night's show!

Salsa

Vanilla Ice and Witney Carson will dance the Paso Doble as will Rick Perry and his partner Emma Slater. Maureen McCormick and Artem Chigvintsev will dance the salsa, as they pair off against  Amber Rose and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who will also be doing a salsa for this show.

Tango

The Tango is assigned to Laurie Hernandez and Valentin Chmerkovskiy as they go head to head against Marilu Henner and her partner Derek Hough. Then there is the Jive and that dance will be attempted by Jana Kramer and Gleb Savchenko who will pair off against Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds and his partner Allison Holker, who will also compete by doing the Tango.
