Amber Rose and 'Dancing with the Stars'

Amber says she is enjoying herself and having the time of her life even though she didn't know how physically demanding the show was going to be when she signed up to be a contestant.  She and Maks rehearse from four to five hours a day. Even when she goes home, she says she is still in a "Dancing with the Stars" mode because she is on the telephone discussing her routine with Maks. They discuss what they have to do to improve their dances to get higher scores from the judges as well as to get viewers' votes.

Amber and Maks

Amber believes that even though the work is hard, it is not as hard as it would be if she didn't have a partner like Maks. Her friendship with him is developing, and they seem to have some chemistry when they dance together. Rose is quite satisfied with her partner. She describes Maks as being very loving, sweet and passionate.

Maks feels the same way about Amber. He has her best interest in mind. So far, they have not gotten high scores. In fact, they have been close to the bottom of the leaderboard and were in jeopardy last week.

In order for Amber to stay on the show, she needs to do much better. On Monday night, she and Maks will dance a salsa to "Booty" by Jennifer Lopez featuring Iggy Azalea. They will dance in a face-off against Maureen McCormick and Artem Chigvintsev. Hopefully, Amber and Maks will receive immunity from elimination so they will not be one of the six couples in jeopardy at the end of Monday night's episode. If they don't receive immunity, they stand a chance of being eliminated on Tuesday night.
