Teen Mom OG star Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra began dating In the 7th grade. Their relationship has had a long history in front of the camera as well. They were first on MTV's 16 and Pregnant. In 2009 fans watched as they went through the emotional decision to give their first baby, a daughter named Carly, up for adoption.

The couple became pregnant again in 2014 and felt more prepared for parenthood. On January 1, 2005 their daughter Novalee Reign, was welcomed to the world. The proud parents had just become engaged over the holiday season and exchanged vows in August of 2015 with her as the flower girl.

Catelynn has said that she plans on rejoining Weight Watcher's in order to lose some weight.

According to Radar Online, Tyler watched as she prepared to eat her lunch and made a comment about how much food it was and how much chicken was on it. He continued that she could do what she wanted because it was her body but, "I don't want no heifer for a wife". A Teen Mom OG producer, Jessica, was in earshot and seemed shocked while Catelynn laughed according to Radar Online.

Catelynn had a rough time with postpartum depression after the birth of Novalee Reign. She entered a treatment facility to address mental health issues on March 16th.
