Why would Jenelle Evans sue MTV?

Although the reason behind Evans' possible lawsuit against the network has not yet been confirmed, she has taken aim at the network in recent months due to their allegedly bad editing.

According to her, producers of Teen Mom 2 edit the show to make her look like a bad mom.

“This season and this upcoming ones were suppose to be really nice and smooth towards the end but of course if [MTV] hires a director that judges you, hates you, and wants to make you look out to be bad… They will do it. They hold all power in the edit room,” Evans said in a series of tweets earlier this year.“You would think they would have shown by now how I’ve been trying to get Jace back for over a year, or how many great times we’ve had."
