A new cast member has signed on to join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 7. She is British and good friends with RHOBH veteran, Lisa Vanderpump.

The latest addition to the show announced

Dorit Kemsley will be brought onto the show as the latest newcomer. She is married to businessman, Paul Kemsley, with whom she has one son. According to Us Weekly, they married in March 2015 when he was a baby.

Daily Mail doles out some brief information on Kemsley.

She is a fashion designer and her husband is a British property developer. Dorit met Paul in New York when he traveled there often for work from his home in Los Angeles. Dorit interviewed with InStyle magazine after their lavish wedding ceremony, saying: "I felt like I was floating outside my body,' she said. 'I was filled with love and completely euphoric."

Will Kemsley be an ally of Lisa Vanderpump's?

No details on Kemsley have been leaked as to what dynamic she will bring to the show. Given the fact she is Lisa V.'s friend, it is safe to say that she will be an ally of the restaurant owner -- at least in the beginning. Viewers know how complicated and misconstrued things between the women can get when feuds ignite.

Vanderpump signs on for another season

Vanderpump addressed rumors that she may not sign her contract for season 7 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. It was learned last week that she had met with Bravo producers about renewing her contract, but that she was reluctant due to other commitments revolving around the production of Vanderpump Rules and efforts in stopping the cruel dog meat trade in China.

A source said thanks to Lisa's husband, Ken Todd, convincing her to stay on another season, the 55-year-old reality star decided to return in season 7. "Yep, never thought I would return, but after many discussions, The pump is still in the game," Lisa V. tweeted on Thursday, putting speculations to rest that she was leaving the show.

RHOBH will lose two cast members in the upcoming season. They include Yolanda Foster, who was on the show four seasons, and Kathyrn Edwards, who had a one-season stint. No word on if Kyle Richards, Eileen Davidson, Lisa Rinna, and Erika Girardi will remain in the new season.
