Kim Richards and her younger sister, Kyle, who star alongside one another on Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, are being sued for an alleged dog attack that took place at Kyle's home in April. However, on social media, the sisters have chosen to ignore the lawsuit and appear to be focused on the positive things in life.

On July 7, as news broke of a lawsuit filed by the Richards sisters' former stylist, Paige Sanderson, Kim shared a photo of herself and her children on Instagram.

In the caption, she wrote, "Nothing like spending time with my babies. Missing my other two [babies]'s [Brooke Weiderhorn and Whitney Davis]."

Meanwhile, Kim Richards' sister, Kyle, has been on Instagram as well, and on July 8, she shared a photo of her family in Capri, Italy, where they have been for the past several days. In the photo, which she captioned, "[Capri] is by far the most beautiful place I've ever been...Magical," Kyle was seen with her husband, Mauricio Umansky, and her four daughters, Farrah, Alexia, Sophia and Portia.

Kim Richards may not return to 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'

Although filming on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 7 has reportedly begun, Kyle and her family have been traveling for weeks and prior to their trip to Capri, she and Umansky spent time with his business patterns in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. As fans may have heard, Kyle is returning to the show in a full-time role along with Lisa Rinna, Erika Girardi and Lisa Vanderpump, but when it comes to her sister, Kim's role has yet to be confirmed.

Kim Richards appeared on the Bravo reality show full-time until Season 6, when her role was cut from the show due to her early 2015 alcohol relapse, which resulted in two arrests that year. So, while she did appear on the show during Season 6, she was only seen briefly, and when it comes to her future, it's hard to say if she will ever reclaim her full-time role as an official housewife.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 7 is set to air later this year on Bravo.
