A star from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills could make a return to the show in season 7, but she cautions fans that it's not a "comeback" -- at least not just yet.

Will cast member sign on for full-time gig in season 7?

Entertainment Tonight asked Camille Grammer if she's returning to RHOBH and she insisted they not call it an official return.

“Don’t call it a comeback! I don’t know. We’ll see, we’ll see," Grammer said. "You gotta talk to Andy [Cohen] about that. We gotta talk to the higher ups.”

Grammer was relieved of appearing full-time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2013.

She's made guest appearances on every season since then ... calling it the "perfect gig" since she sparsz herself from the exhausting drama, but gets to see all of her fellow cast members. She says when she's not around the other women, she misses them. Camille Grammer jokingly refers to them as her "dysfunctional family."

Camille is friends with RHOBH cast mate, Erika Jayne

If Camille does return toRHOBH on a full-time basis, chances are she'll be chummy with Erika Jayne, who started on the series last season.

According to WUSA 9, Camille enjoyed watching Erika perform in her stage performance of Pretty Mess.

"She's awesome," Grammer said. "So much fun. I'm so glad to be here to support her and, you know, rock it out with her and watch her move."

If Camille does come back on a more permanent basis in season 7, will she and Erika form an alliance of some sort against the other women for a dramatic storyline?

Camille Grammer has had more than her fair share of health issues. In 2013 she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and had a hysterectomy. She was also treated with chemotherapy and radiation. The RHOBH alum has a history of cancer in her family, but it still a shock. She said she felt "numb" and tried not crying in front of the doctor as he revealed her diagnosis. It wasn't known she had stage 2 cancer until after the surgery.

Camille has battled her health crisis and is possibly ready to appear on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in season 7. Bravo hasn't confirmed either way if she's signed a contract.
